My parents bought a house in France around five years ago. It was my retreat when everything was really difficult. When I was stressed over my GCSE’s, my mum packed us up and drove us thirteen hours south to where our house is in La Loire. 

The village is tiny, my parents love it - my sister and I prefer the big cities, but we do love our little French retreat. One day, when my folks move over there, i’m going to go visit them and try and find a nursing job there.

I posted a picture of the Eiffel Tower, because my ideal job would be in a Parisian hospital, where I could rent a flat that allows for me to have a view of that landmark every single morning.
